DM First Login: How to Sign In and Recover Your Account
The DM First login screen shows two tabs — Phone Number and Email — and one password box. This page is the honest DMFirst login walkthrough: which tab to pick, when the Remember password box is safe to tick, and exactly how the phone-reset forgot-password flow works if you lose your password.

DM First login walkthrough
Tap the Login button above. It opens the official DM First login page in a new tab.
Stay on the Phone Number tab (default) unless you set an email inside your DM First profile earlier.
Country code stays on +91 India. Type your 10-digit mobile number.
Type your DM First password. The eye icon inside the password box reveals what you have typed; use it to catch a typo before you tap Log In.
Only tick Remember password if this is your personal device. On a shared phone or a cyber-cafe browser, leave it off — otherwise the next person to open the app is you.
Tap Log In. The app opens on the lobby with your Indian rupee balance at the top right.
When to use the Email tab on DM First
The Email tab only works if you added an email address inside your DM First profile after registration. Registration itself is phone-only, so a brand new account cannot use the Email tab.
Adding an email later is a good habit if you want a second recovery route: profile section, Add email, verify with the code that lands in your inbox. Keep that email address in the same password manager as your DM First password.
Forgot password on DM First: the phone-reset flow
The Forgot password? link sits directly under the password box on the DM First login screen. Tap it and the app opens a phone-reset form, not a customer-service form.
The reset form asks for your +91 phone number, a new password, a Confirm password box and an SMS verification code. Tap Send to receive the code on the phone that owns the account, type it in, then Reset.
If no code arrives, wait one minute and tap Send once more. Still nothing? DND rules or a temporarily blocked SMS route are the usual causes. Try the other network (data instead of Wi-Fi, or vice versa) and retry once. Only after two clean retries reach in-app customer service through the Account tab.
Nobody at DM First will ask you to share the SMS code, your old password or the new password on WhatsApp, Telegram or a phone call. If a message asks, it is not DM First.
Login problems that are not a password problem
Wrong tab: typing an email address in the Phone Number tab returns invalid credentials, and typing a phone number in the Email tab does the same. Check the tab before you blame the password.
Wrong country code: switching countries on the login screen without noticing rejects the number. Reset it to +91.
Old app build: an APK from a screenshot months ago may not point at the current DM First server. Reinstall the current DM First APK from our download page, then log in again.
Network error: the request never reached the server. Turn the phone’s Wi-Fi off, use mobile data, retry — or the opposite if you are on Wi-Fi already. Disable any VPN. Retry once.
Account restricted: age or state rules, or a platform risk flag. That is in-app customer service, not a chat with a stranger who promises to unlock the account for a fee.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which tab do I use for DM First login?
Phone Number is the default and works for every DM First account. Email only works if you added an email inside your DM First profile after registering.
Is Remember password on DM First safe?
Only on a personal, PIN-locked device. Never on a shared phone or a cyber-cafe browser.
How do I do a DM First forgot-password reset?
Tap Forgot password? under the password box on the DM First login screen. Enter your +91 number, a new password twice, and the SMS code that arrives. Then Reset.
What if I do not get the SMS code?
Wait one minute and tap Send once. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data and retry once. Only after that reach in-app customer service through the Account tab.
Can two people share one DM First login?
No. One phone number equals one DM First account. Sharing the login means either person can drain the wallet, and support treats the account as one owner.
